Do you accept phone swaps?

Yes, we do allow swaps. However, a few conditions must be met:

  • The phone being swapped must be neat and in good condition.

  • You must provide proof of ownership (like a receipt) to confirm it’s not stolen.

  • The phone should still have good value and be fully functional.

Brand-new products automatically come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
For fairly used products (such as UK Used or Direct Belgium), the warranty and return policy differ. For example, fairly used Laptops or Phones have a two-week return period if a factory-related fault is discovered. However, this does not cover any damage or fault caused by the user.

Delivery time depends on your location and the time of year.
Our standard delivery period is one day — pay today, receive your product tomorrow.

However, customers in cities with airports (such as Bayelsa, Enugu, Kano, Port Harcourt, Maiduguri, Abuja, etc.) can get same-day delivery if payment is made early in the day.

During busy seasons like Christmas, delivery may take longer due to high demand for dispatch services and a limited number of available drivers.
